OMG! I’m so psyched about the Runaways movie. You know, the awesome all girls band from the 70s. Not that I knew about it back then, cause I wasn’t alive. I’m only 17, well, 18 in a couple of months.
I have known about the movie for a while, but since people are starting to talk about it a lot more now, I just had to write something myself. At least show some awesome pics.
The girls who have been picked out for the lead roles are:
Kristen Stewart as Joan Jett aka the most awesome person in the universe:
Dakota Fanning as Cherie Currie:
Stella Maeve as Sandy West:
Alessandra Torresani as Lita Ford:
They have not found (as far as I know) anyone to play the bassists. Yeah, there were a lot of bassists. But the most famous one is probably Jackie Fox:
I hope the actresses will do an awesome job.
